Aside from assisting you apply for a study permit, we extend our services by helping you find and apply to a designated learning institution (DLI) based on your interests, purpose for studying and the city you want to stay in Canada – wherever it may be! And there are hundreds to choose from.

Once we receive your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the school, we’ll proceed to the immigration side of the application.

We’ll even guide you with essentials as a newcomer in Canada.


Happy to know:
  1. As a student, you can work 20 hours a week during regular sessions and full-time while on school breaks. You can also apply for a post-graduate work permit (PGWP) after you graduate from an eligible program.
  2. You can bring your spouse or partner and children while studying, and apply for an open work permit (OWP) or also a study permit for your spouse and children?

Sponsor your Family:

Spouse, Parents, Grandparents, Common Law Partner, *Conjugal Partner, Dependent Children or **Other Relatives

Yes. We also assist on *Conjugal Partner Applications where a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen would like to bring a partner from outside Canada but have not resided with that person for at least a year – thus not qualifying under the Common Law Partner Category.

And yes. We can also help a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen sponsor **other relatives aside from those stated above if the conditions are met. (Other relatives regardless of age can mean siblings, cousins, aunt, uncle, nephew or niece)

Immigrate and Live in Canada

  • Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program, Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
  • Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) of: Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, BC, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Saskatchewan, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon.

Work

Home Support Worker and Home Child Care Provider

  • Unlike other work permit applications, the HSWP and HCCP launched on 2019 does not require a Labour Marker Impact Assessment. We can help if you wish to apply under these pilots and you have an employer in Canada (except Quebec). A different program for caregivers is available for this province.
  • If your target occupation requires a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), we will need a positive LMIA from your employer, before we can process your work permit application.

Visit

Coming to visit a friend or relative? Or just to go around and tour the Great White North? Applying to visit Canada may seem easy but rejections can happen without proper documentation. We can help you apply under this category.

Seek Asylum

If you are already in Canada and cannot return back to your country of residence or country of citizenship because of fear of persecution potential political, religious, social beliefs or opinion; we can assist you in your Refugee/Persons in need of protection application in Canada by assessing your file, guiding you on the documents you need to submit, accompany you and represent you before the Refugee Protection Division and Refugee Appeal Division.

Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications (H&C)

There are times when permanent residency (PR) applications such as under the Family Sponsorship Category will be rejected for reasons of inadmissibility (e.g. financial or medical). H&C is another category that may overcome inadmissibility. Talk to us about your specific case.
